Furniture - Sales
The whole experience was good - the sales floor was clean and easy to view options, the sales person was helpful and made suggestions that improved my selections.
I chose some custom fabric for two pieces that came out great. I scheduled everything to be delivered - their e-mail updates for delivery times, and their website are the best I've ever seen. you can watch the progress of the truck with your delivery in it throughout the day - all expected delivery times are up to date. No waiting around all day - you know and can see exactly when the truck will arrive.
The young men that delivered my furniture were respectful and very helpful (I have a narrow staircase and ordered a rather large sectional - they made it work!) I also received a follow-up call from the sales person, ensuring my satisfaction.
I've owned the furniture for over a year now and it's holding up to teenagers and dogs just fine. :)
