Had Southport replace my 36 year old ac. Got 3 quotes all within $300. Very pleased! Brandon their sales representative was very pleasant and professional without being high pressure. Impressed with technical installation crew and finished ahead of time. No problems during the hot weather spells since. I am going to use them for future service as well.

I am certain the technician didn't know what he was doing. He ordered the wrong part. I will say they corrected the issue by getting the correct part, but I still had to pay for both parts.
I was talking to the technician while he was working, and he sprayed the freon into the air and not the unit. I am asthmatic and it caused some tightness in my chest. I had to up my medicines and was watched closely for trouble.
The gentleman I spoke to on the phone was very polite, understanding and apologetic. They were very responsive and always got back to us.
