Was very friendly and worked to make us a good deal.
Sheets were very soft and fit the pillow top mattress which requires deeper pockets.. We went back to purchase more sheet sets for the summer.
Delivered mattress promptly and at a time I was available.
I have not noticed any sagging in the mattress after over one year.

They dont tell you that they have a no return/refund policy. I purchased a mattress that was of a lesser quality than I had. After sleeping on for 6 days you could see our body impressions...you couldnt on my old mattress. I was not given a warranty card which the owner said he'd mail me. 1 week later no card.
