Home Building
Wonderful. Inspector was very knowledgeable and complete. They know their tradecraft and building codes. They used every single minute of nearly 4 hours inspecting, documenting and explaining. They informed us what was urgent, needed to be done soon or should be done as time/budget permits. In the end he report was the best I have ever seen. Plus they have a recall report for all major appliances that let you the buyer know if there has been a recall on something in the home, like the water heater. Be aware realitors may not like this company because they do such a complete job. I would recommend this company to my parents and best friend.
