A friend of mine referred me to a man named Robert because I needed some work done on my chimney because it was cracked and missing some bricks. I called him and he was very polite on the phone. He came to my home, looked at my chimney, and told me everything that he would do (step by step) if I hired him. He told me he would provide me with a proposal and a written itemized invoice, so I knew he wasn't trying to overcharge me. He came out the next day and provided these forms and I told him that I was going to hire him. He started the following Monday. The job took him 3 days at 9 hours a day. He was quiet and cleaned up his mess everyday. The finished product looked really good! I plan to hire him again for some other areas around the exterior of my house that needs to be touched up.
