I highly recommend pulera collision for any and all auto body needs. Their quality and attention to detail is unmatched and I can confidently say so considering I dealt with a different auto body shop that did not meet my expectations after multiple attempts. High level of professionalism and they went above and beyond to fix and adjust other things on my vehicle to make me happy! I’m happy to have my Kia stinger 2020 back after a collision that banged up my front bumper! Front bumper and vents fixed right and awesome paint job and installation!

I drove into the heated garage of their facility for an estimate and waited a few minutes to meet with the guy, who was very pleasant and professional. I had a dent without significant scratching in the front side panel of my car, left by someone who hit my car in a parking lot and left without leaving a note. I said I would probably be paying for this myself, as I had a high deductible insurance policy. He said the whole panel would need to be replaced, at a cost of at least $1,000, so I might want to rethink that. I said that the car was almost 8 years old, and I was now putting a lot of miles on it annually, so I didn't really want to put that much money into it for a little cosmetic problem. He said in that case he could probably fix it almost completely by pulling the dent out by vacuum suction, but it wouldn't be perfect. We decided to try that, which he did on the spot. I was happy with the results, even though there was still a small residual crease left, and he said it was no charge. The whole interaction took 5 minutes or less.

We have used Pulera's in he past and have always been satisfied with them Their estimates are accurate and their workmanship is great. Have never had a complaint. As a courtesy, they have always returned the vehicle hand washed and very very clean. It is a pleasure dealing with them.

Great work! Did the estimate and the work when it was dropped off at the shop! Staff is very friendly. I was read ended in a car accident and they had to replace the entire bumper, some bolts and the foam absorbing pad behind the bumper. I had dropped the car off on a Monday and it was done by Thursday. Once the car was dropped off, they did the estimate there, ordered the parts, and did al the body work in that time. When they were done, they cleaned my entire car inside and out. Love that they detail your car when they are done.
