On May 5, 2012 I accepted Paul Aiello's (PCR Construction) bid to do the work. After many excuses involving less than ideal weather conditions for pouring concrete he finally poured the concrete late October 2012. I paid him for the driveway and also the $360. to repair the front stoop. That was my biggest mistake. He did cut an expansion joint in the stoop and the understanding was he would come back in the spring of 2013 to finish the stoop. It took almost weekly calls to try and get him to come and finish the job. He finally came on two different occasions but the job still wasn't complete. We were once again into late fall and nothing more happened. It is now July 2014. I made one call and he said he would be there the next day. Once again, a no show. I truly believe he has no intention of completing the minimal amount of work that remains to complete the job.
