Steering wheel shook when I hit about 50 mph and sometimes while braking. Thought it might need a front end alignment. I called this shop because it is pretty close to my home (north side of Kenosha). I spoke to the owner, Frank. He was patient and professional and tried to troubleshoot with me over the phone on potential solutions to save me money. When I thought it might be better to just bring it in, he stated no problem. Within an hour, he called with the problem and the estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. I had my car fixed and in perfect condition within a couple of hours. 100% satisfied with this service.

Called early Monday morning, and was told to bring it in right away. The mechanic (Mike) checked my vehicle and I had an estimate within two hours. Norma called with the explanation and a break down of items needed. Patrick was there when I picked up my vehicle and wanted to know if I had any questions, and if any problems to make sure and call.

We have been bringing our vehicles here for several years. He is very honest about the cost and always calls you if it will be more than what he quoted. Cars are always done when promised. When things are fixed, they are FIXED!!! We have never gone back twice for the same problem!

Patrick has always been professional and honest. There was one time we took my daughters car in because it was stalling. He checked it out and couldnt find anything, cleaned the engine and it worked great - VERY minimal charge. We have always been happy with the service and the price. We also purchased a used mini van and was one of the best vehicles we have ever had - over 200,000 miles and would be still be driving it if it hadn't been totaled in an accident.
