+ -1 morePerfect. The even worked with me using parts I got from eBay. Saved $500 in the cost of the parts. Was a bit risky, since there would not have been any installation warranty if the parts didn't work. But we discussed that before the project and went for it. Use these guys all the time. Not necessarily the least expensive and sometimes we've had problems, but...they do a good job and work with me all the time and make it right when something goes wrong.
Description of Work: Replaced worn stabilizer bar and support struts.

+ -1 moreI've used National pride for work on all my vehicles. My 1996 Honda accord did not pass emissions testing. They performed the inspection of the car for no charge. When they found the issue I was quoted what I felt an honest price for the work. They kept me informed of the status of the repair and and issues that they found. I like using them for work on my vehicles. They are not up selling additional services when you go to them. When they see something that may need additional service they inform you of it. You have to ask for a quote from them and if the work is done the price has been at the quote price or less.

They also used paper floor mat covers to keep from getting greasy/oily footprints on the carpet. Competitive pricing, and quick turnaround. Will certainly go back.

Description of Work: I needed the oil changed in my car, and my emissions test done. They also discovered that I had a tail light out, and they fixed that for no extra fee. They are very honest and do a great job there. If they see anything else that is wrong with your car, they will give you an estimated cost for the repair, or they will let you know of recommended items that need to be addressed in the next year or so. I really enjoy working with them.

+ -1 moreExcellent!! Although they come in at a lower cost than dealer maintenance, you won't find "cheap" prices at National Pride. They do excellent work for a fair - not cheap - price. If you want cheap, go elsewhere. If you want top notch work at a reasonable price, go here.
Description of Work: I've been going to these folks for about 10-years now for all forms of (both preventive and remedial) service on my 1996 (No, that's not a typo, it *is* 15 years old.) Honda Civic Hatchback. So far, they've done all the 100K mile work that is necessary to keep the car for another 100K miles. They've always had the car ready when promised and either brought the work in within (or below) the estimate or called when encountering an unanticipated problem. Additionally, on the two occasions they received defective repair parts from their source, they've replaced the part without charging labor, instead charging it back to the part vendor. In neither case did they give me a hassle over it being a warranty failure or try to charge me to replace it.
