WE WERE CALLED BY THE OFFICE WHEN OUR SERVICE TECHNICIAN WAS ON HIS WAY TO THE HOUSE. RYAN SERVICED THE FURNACE, GAVE US POINTERS ON HOW TO KEEP OUR DRAIN LINES CLEAN, PROVIDED INFO ON DIFFERENT FILTERS, AND ALSO GAVE US AN ESTIMATE ON HOW SOON WE'LL NEED TO HAVE THE IGNITION SYSTEM REPLACED OR SERVICED. IF YOU JOIN THEIR MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT THERE'S NO EXTRA FEE, YOU JUST AGREE TO HAVE THEM SERVICE YOUR UNITS ON A SET SCHEDULE (EVERY YEAR, EVERY OTHER YEAR, ETC) AND YOU GET A REMINDER NOTICE AS WELL AS A DISCOUNT ON SERVICE. THEY WORK IN KENOSHA, RACINE, & EVEN INTO NORTHERN ILLINOIS.
