Ordered a microwave online and it arrived broken. When I tried to return it I found out there is no phone number to call. The only way to return the product was to communicate by email. It took weeks to get the microwave picked up and only after I got the credit card company involved. I had to file fraud charges before menards would even return my emails. After the fraud charges were filed menards arranged for the microwave to be picked up the same day.

Menards is a wonderful store that offers everything you need under the sun at affordable prices! We just moved from Forida where Home Depot and Lowes are the only major home improvement stores available. We always ended up paying top dollar. Now we can shop for the same items and a lower price. It is always easy to find a store associate to help you and there are always enough lanes open.
Staff is very friendly and helpful. Plus, it is nice that they carry some common grocery and household items that other home improvement stores do not. Menards is now my "go to" store for all home improvement needs!
