While attempting to change the oil on my 1980 Chevrolet Camaro SS I had accidentally stripped the oil pan drain plug and was unable to remove it. Unfortunately for me, this was at roughly 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon. I found their number and called the service department hoping they would have a plug and could get me in right then. As my luck would have it, they not only could fit me in to get the plug removed, but they also had a universal plug that would fit for my application.
The only issue I had here, was the mechanic forgot to wipe his hands off before bring my Camaro back around to the front and the steering wheel was a little greasy. I brought it to the service consultants attention and they quickly cleaned it up for me. So in the end, I was still happy and didn't have to worry about dealing with the drain plug another day.

I made the appointment for the saftey recall on my vehicle. I got in right away and took about thirty minutes to complete. There were no surprises with the visit and the techs were very nice.

Mike the salesperson went above and beyond servicing us. I told him what I was getting out here, so he beat the price but also threw in so many extra things and plus gave us $100 cash for the gas to make it worthwhile to come there. They had everything prepared and I was able to be in and out and get everything taken care of. They are really nice people and truly accommodating. They went over the car and showing my stepdaughter how everything worked. They really made sure she understood how it worked, and I loved that. Everyone was so sweet! There was no trying to upsell you, no misunderstandings, and no playing games. I agreed to the out the door price and I didn't want any hassle and there wasn't any! I would really recommend someone go there (we are from the Chicago area) and it was worth it.
