The wood was filthy with dirt and debris and all was NOT Aged/Cured

On 09/09/14 Lorenzo dumped dirt in my back yard. On 9/24 I was at certified topsoil in New Berlin and watched topsoil being pulverized. It was at that time I realized Lorenzo excavating and topsoil did not bring me pulverized topsoil. The dirt they dumped consists of small marble sized balls of dirt. This is not pulverized topsoil. I have contacted the bbb and am waiting for the result.

I went to their office and a friendly lady greeted me and gave me some qoutes on dirt for grading. It was actually a cheaper price if you paid cash, so I explained that I only had my card I would be back with the cash. She explained that I was able to pay the driver the money no problem when he drop off the soil. They delievered the same afternoon and it was so convenient that I could just pay the driver instead of returning with cash for the better deal. The driver was just as professional and nice and the office.
