The repairman installed an angle stop and flushed out the faucet. I still did not get the pressure I wanted, but the faucet itself was faulty and I didn't want to replace it, not the repairman's fault. He was pleasant, courteous and competent and he made a special effort to come before a dinner party I had scheduled, which was very much appreciated. The job took 20 minutes. All good so far. But I was shocked that a 20 minute job would cost $366.64, and that was with a 5% senior discount. I'm sure the part was not pricey, so I am baffled about the high cost of this small job. I still have another job I want completed, and though I think the repairman did a good job, I will call another plumber who charges by the hour.

The man was named Mark, he was very professional, came out the first time on the service call, and gave me the estimate, on the work to be done, informed me that if I decided to go with Lee plumbing, that the service cost would be included, I agreed to have the work preformed, and agreed with the estimate given. Mark arrived on time, did the work, without any extras being added in, and explained again about the work preformed. I was happy about having the work completed, and paid right away. I have had other contractors that were not as professional, or knowledgeable about the work that needed to be preformed, or would take unadvised shortcuts, but Lee plumbing has always done a very good job.

Not knowing what to expect because this is an older home, the plumber explained the scenarios that could occur. He would know once he cut out the leaking pipe. Thankfully the job did not turn out to be bigger than just the sink pipes. the old pipes under the sink were replaced as well as changing the faucet on the sink. We are really pleased with the service provided.

We needed a new utility sink. They brought the sink, installed it quickly within 24 hours. We have also used them in the past for our HVAC needs, for clearing drains, fixing leaks, etc. We could not be more happy with their service.

My overall experience is an A. It's really hard to make the exact call regarding price. Lee's may be a bit more expensive, but you have to consider price/value. I would use Lee's again.

They were very responsive and they came within two days after we called. The quotation was clear and they followed up. The work was completed very well. I was very happy with them. We would certainly use them again.

They are excellent. They come back twice a year to check out our furnace and air conditioner.

The price originally quoted was over $430, which I thought was ridiculous, so he took it down to $308 after we negotiated. However, once he got down to work everything went very well and he was very professional. I have used Stein's in the past and it was the same technician, so he was familiar with our house and existing plumbing. The work was completed in a few hours and everything works just fine. Stein's calls you a half hour before your appointment to confirm you're still available and they make sure everything is tidy when they leave. I just wish their prices weren't so high!

We had just moved in to a new house that needed lots of upgrades, so we were expecting an expensive repair job. The cost was a little high but the quality of the work and speed at which it were done were worth the expense. The dishwasher no longer overflows into the basement mud sink and we have been very happy with the results. Our plumbing is now up to code.

When they hooked it up we thought it was all ok. After about a month I went down to the basement and I noticed there was water on the floor and I called them up. They came out and told us the hose was not hooked up right and they were saying that we had to be the one who took it out but no one goes near the furance. They hook it up right after the fact. They will not cover any of the cost of the damage that was done from the water that was leaking in the carpet.
