They are a great company. A little on the pricey side, but very recommendable.

Excellent. Employees were professional, knowledgeable, diligent, and courteous. I have complete confidence in Lee Plumbing and Electric. I have hired other contractors for similar projects but I wasn't completely satisfied with their work and have not recommended them or used them again. but I have used Lee Plumbing and Electrical and intend to use them in the future. I highly recommend them.

We don't have air conditioning. We don't have central air. We just have an air conditioning in our bedroom, a window unit. We haven't needed any repairs for quite a while. We needed some new units a couple of years ago. They come out once a year to check out the furnace and inspect it before the heating season begins. For their annual servicing my recollection is it' not too bad, it may be $75 for their annual servicing. I grade them a B only because they don't remind me that it's time for my annual servicing, I have to remember to call them. A couple of times we've gone into October when we've already started to need it. It seems to me five, six years ago they were reminding people or reminding me at least that it was time for the annual servicing. Some reason it stopped so it's on me to call them. When I call them, they're very prompt. I think they're pretty good. Everything has been running well. They're pretty quick once I do call them, they're pretty quick to come out. They're reliable. The guy they sent out has been the same guy for a few years. He's very professional and very friendly. He explains what the issues are, what needs to be updated or what needs to be changed.

It went very well. A consultant from the company came to look at our old non-working furnace, and discuss options for purchasing a new furnace. The consultant was very clear about the different options available, and the pros and cons of each. It was easy to select the furnace that best suited our needs and budget. The service technicians came promptly on the morning of the scheduled day for the installation. Within a few hours, they had correctly installed the new, higher-efficiency furnace, and removed the old furnace entirely. The new furnace was the exact model the consultant had specified in the quote, it was installed within a day, as the consultant assured it would, and the cost was the exact price we were quoted.

They fixed it, but he didn't know how he fixed it.  He kept fussing with it and it started working, so he didn't charge me because he didn't have to replace anything. I was impressed, he was a very nice man. They have fine quality.

This Spring, we got back and a pipe was broken.  I called Lee Plumbing to ask them to come out and fix the pipe.  They told me the first appointment would be a week away.  I questioned the time frame, considering it was a problem that they created....oh boy, the secretary immediately transferred me to the owner who told me that the work was not guaranteed.  I was in shock, but he insisted that if they came out we had to pay for any and all repairs......I would not work with this company, they do not have good customer service and clearly the plumber wasn't any good either....

1st appointment was re-scheduled due to others having emergencies. They arrived in Hour 2 of the 2 Hour window I was given. The service Man was polite and took his time. He explained what he did and how the furnace could run more efficient. Furnace was already running but shut off sooner than expected...He found and cleaned out where there was a Cocoon in the Orifice. All is running well now, and all my other heating questions were answered.

Overall great service. Prompt and knowledgeable.

Lee Plumbing provided an appointment that worked with my schedule. The plumber arrived on time, calling when he was on his way. The work was performed efficiently and to the high standard that I expect from the company.

Workman came prepared. He was friendly, professional, and fast. He responded well to my dog and even made a point to pet him and ease his and quot;stranger in the houseand quot; fears. He cleaned up everything and was very polite. A positive experience.
