They were under warranty, only 20000 miles were put on them. they were 60000 miles tires.They weren't giving me the right information. I will never go back there. We never got as far as an estimate because I feel they were not being honest with me.

Phone customer service was weak at best and I didn't feel they cared if they got my business or not. I then requested on online email quote and the email customer service was great! I almost went with them because price was competitive, but the hours and closures sent me to a local competitor that took great care of me.

I stopped in on a Saturday knowing that they'd likely be busy as they are only open for a half day on Saturday. Despite being busy and having the waiting room full, the owner herself took the time to recommend the best tire for my 1980 Chevrolet Camaro SS that was a compromise between longevity and price (while still maintaining performance). I purchased four BFGoodrich g-Force T/A Drag Radial 2 tires. I've been using them all summer long and have to say I'm THRILLED with the recommendation of these tires.
Best of all, since I purchased the tires there, I get free tire rotations for the life of the tires any time at Kenosha Tire!! Makes life easy for me. I'll be buying tires from here again.

They were very helpful. The service was economical. The work was done in a timely fashion, and they were professional and courteous. They will continue to rotate the tires without cost in the future, which is another bonus. We've used them in the past for previous cars, and will continue to do so.

The car was pulled right in and completed within an hour. Four new tires, balanced, and mounted. I would highly recommend Kenosha Tire. A very positive experience. Lived in Kenosha for 5 years and driven by this place many times, and am glad that I stopped by!
