Sitter was affectionate, prompt, and efficient. She did extra chores for me. The sitter was always available. The dogs were well and happy when I returned from my trip.

Great! The care is always wonderful, with updates and pictures of visits. Scheduling is easy and it is easy to communicate instructions to the sitter. They are flexible with a large range of available times for visits. They are also able to administer medicine including sub q fluids to my pet with kidney problems. I always know that when I can’t be there for my pets they are in good care!

Ben and his staff are awesome. I can't say enough good things about Kenosha Pet Sitters. We've used them for about three years and our pets have never had better care from a pet sitter. Ben accommodates my changing schedule, is wonderful with the dogs and cat and when we're away from home, I love receiving text messages and pictures. It adds a greater level of comfort that you've left your pets in very capable and caring hands. Ben, Shelly and Kristin are wonderful. Overall, I would not hesitate using Kenosha Pet Sitters for pet sitting needs. They are very caring, compassionate and extremely professional.

My two cats are elderly and have some health issues.  On the introductory visit, Ben (the owner) was professional, and took the time to understand the cats' needs.  My petsitter (Andres) sends regular updates while I'm gone; when I've arrived home, the cats always seem to have been well looked after, and the house is left neat and clean.  Prices are very reasonable, and communication is prompt.  Would definitely recommend Kenosha pet sitters.

I recently relocated to the Kenosha area and have hired Kenosha Pet Sitters LLC. to provide dog-walking services for me.  This business is service-oriented and high tech.  I schedule the services online, cancel services online...and if I change my mind by 8AM, I can cancel am

nd not be charged.  So easy!  Besides being "high tech" they are "high touch."   The business owner and one of his employees visited me and met my dog.  They provided paperwork that covered insurance, contact numbers and preferences I had when caring for my dog.  The service has been impeccable, reliable and they provide a menu of options....weekend visits, overnight stays, multiple visits, etc.  I can pay online.   The only "glitches" we've had in the past 5 months of our relationship have been my fault...leaving the screen door locked and once I came home early.  In both cases, I received immediate notice and we were able to solve the problem.  If the regular walker will not be providing the service, the alternate walker visits ahead of time, so that there are no surprises.  My dog is an important part of my life and the staff of Kenosha Pet Sitters, LLC. respect that and treat my pet as a cherished family member.  I highly recommend their service!

Ben and the cat sitter met with me and the cats prior to my departure on the trip.  I made sure they knew where everything was located and made sure I had plenty of food / insulin / treats / litter on hand

It went very well.  I received a text in the evening after the 2nd visit.  Sometimes a picture was sent with the text.
When the elderly (diabetic) cat developed a  problem, they contacted me right away.
I came home a couple days early due the health of the diabetic cat.

I will absolutely use Kenosha Pet Sitters again!  They were GREAT!

Everything went extremely well and we have used Kenosha pet sitters over and over again. A newer feature is to schedule via use of Leash time online which makes things extremely easy. Our dogs love both Bed (owner) and Dan and look forward to their arrival. The first time we used them, we were nervous on how things would go while we were out of town. Things went great and such a better experience for our dogs than to put them in a kennel for the week. Highly recommend this service.

This service is wonderful! My work schedule can change hours before Ben visits my dogs and Ben will always try to accommodate me. I would say 90% of the time he comes through for my hectic schedule or will try. He always sends me a text after every visit about the dogs too! I feel so comfortable my dogs are well taken care of by his service. He has always been prompt and professional in my home and with my dogs. He is a definite keeper! He takes care and gives meds to my one shepherds too. He will go beyond. My dogs love him too!

Ben and his staff are so good with animals. They are kind, caring and thoughtful. They even send me texts and pictures. I know my animals are in good hands. He and Sarah are also very accommodating with short notices.

TERRIFIC! I cannot say how much I am grateful for Ben's and Sarah's services. Again, managing three dogs of three different personalities can be a chore. Ben, then Sarah, just jumped right into the challenge and walks them all, giving them all attention, and all a healthy walk of the day. She has managed to instill in our dogs proper leash training, making it so much easier when I go out for a walk with all three of them. I cannot recommend this company enough. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE!!!

Very well! I use Kenosha Pet Sitter weekly, and have been nothing but impressed. Our sitter always takes the time to send us a text update, letting us know how our puppy is doing, and she even sends us pictures sometimes!

I have to admit, I never felt I would use the service of a pet sitter. My little dachshund Nellie doesn't like a lot of people, and I myself worried about allowing someone in my home. Yet my family needed a change. We love our Nellie very much, but wanted to travel and vacation without having to bring her along all the time. So I started looking online and found Kenosha Pet Sitter, which is owned and operated by Ben Johnson. I was impressed with Ben’s commitment to the Safe Harbor Humane Society, and enjoyed browsing through photos of the pets he serves on www.KenoshaPetSitter.com. I soon realized that Ben cared for each of these pets as dear friends, and worked to enrich their lives. I called to interview Ben over the phone, and was very happy with our talk. During our call I was already feeling at ease, and was eager to have him over to meet Nellie. Ben arrived right on time and I regarded him as very genuine and caring. I took Ben outside to meet Nellie and was not surprised, yet very surprised at the same time. I was not surprised that Nellie barked incessantly at Ben. She was showing fear-based aggression and I was afraid Ben might be bit. What surprised me was Ben’s reaction to my neurotic Nellie. He sat down on the ground at Nellie’s level and just calmly, quietly waited. Soon Nellie’s stress subsided, she stopped barking, and began to sniff Ben. In a matter of minutes Ben was not only petting my Nellie, he was getting kisses from her too! Right then it was clear that Ben has an uncanny ability to connect, communicate, and understand animals on a level that can only be defined as a Gift. Nellie accepted him that very first day and I too felt Ben was just what our family needed. Now Ben takes care of Nellie whenever we want to go out of town. He comes to our home at least 4 times a day to feed, water, walk and play with Nellie. And it’s not just a quick visit. Ben spends at least 30 to 45 minutes interacting with her when he comes. Nellie looks forward to seeing Ben and recognizes him immediately when he gets out of his car. We are so happy to have Ben Johnson of Kenosha Pet Sitter just a phone call away when we need him. Nellie loves Ben, and we think he’s something special too.

Bentley loves Ben! We love the texts after each visit that tell us how Bentley did, as well as the daily email telling us overall about the day. Ben is flexible with our schedule if we have something come up last minute. He always finds time to take care of Bentley and we love knowing that Bentley isn't left home alone.
Ben has also been great in helping us train Bentley. He works with our puppy on all of his basic skills and because of this, Bentley is far along for his age.
