They did a professional job of moving all of our belongings from our old house to the new place. We suffered two accidents but Oscar made good on it no questions asked. I would not hesitate to use them again if needed.

I built a new room for my mother because of her back surgery. Hired this company. Highly recommend them. Extremely professional and punctual. They were done moving the whole furniture (which was quite heavy) in less than 45 minutes. Awesome job Gary, Jay and Scott!!!

I would like to preface that the team that worked with Steve was friendly, hard working, kind and professional. On the other hand, the owner, Steve Fredricksen, is anything but.
Lets start with the basics. From the day he came to give us an estimate, we knew that he had another job also booked and we accepted this arrangement because we had heard he was so good, he also insisted there would be no conflicting issues.  It went downhill from there. Two days before I called him to alert him that there may be a delay in our closing, he told me how inconvenient it was for him to make any changes. This sentiment was repeated at least 6 times over the course of the day and became quite bothersome. Each time I over overheard him speaking he made it very plan that he wasn't speaking to me, but his crew. I was simply trying to be friendly and engaging!
As a business owner myself, if I spoke to my clients this way, I wouldn't be in business. Never in my life have I been treated with such animosity and anger.
During the course of the move he berated and spoke to his crew, as well as my husband and I in a condescending and passive/aggressive manner. It was embarrassing after awhile. To listen to someone literally all day tell his employees that they were worthless was insulting and disrespectful. What can I say. The guy has absolutely no people skills.
When the final bill arrived...and it was already 9:30pm, the price had risen close by $400. We were prepared to pay for their pizza dinner and leave generous tips for the crew, but we were fed up with Steve's attitude that we passed. When we wrapped up, after hearing he had "under estimated" the job, I sat him down and told him how rude he was-the rudest in 15 prior moves and he mumbled something under his breath, grabbed his money, and immediately left the premises. No receipt was provided so we have nothing to go on if something is broken. (which there was) Client services skills? Not the kind I want to encounter.
I would stay so far away from them it makes your head spin. No one should be treated this way. Moving is stressful enough not to have to put up with that.

They were great from the start.  Professional over the phone, and the day of the move.

They came on time. They worked quickly to get the job done. They asked where to put the boxes and were very friendly.

I have never used a moving company before, and I don't ever want to move again without Steve/Kenosha Movers. In a time that customer service is dwindling - this company has proven themselves tops. I would absolutely hire them again.
