Our air conditioner suddenly stopped working one night. I called the next morning and got an appointment within a few hours. The technician was on time and very knowledgeable. An outside connection was damaged, and it was repaired and working well fairly quickly. We have not had a problem since. We have used this company for furnace and A/C for many years and have always had a good experience.

I was afraid I needed to buy a new air conditioner because mine was about 16 years old. However, the repairman found a bad capacitor, which was replaced at a fraction of what a new A/C unit would cost. The A/C ran perfectly after the repair. I later found out that a co-worker has been using them for years. This is a very trustworthy company.

They were wonderful. Great guys. They weren’t the most expensive, they weren’t the cheapest but they did great work. They were very upfront. One time there was an emergency and they were there within an hour. The other times they came in when they said they were coming in. They were very, very neat. We had to tear the ceiling down and it was an absolute mess and by the time the project was over they had pulled out all the old ceiling board that had come down, vacuumed everything - all of the furniture. They left a hole in ceiling because it had to be, but everything else was clean. It was immaculate when they walked out the door.
