Was given an appt. with a relief veterinarian but was not told and she seemed very unqualified. Was charged way too much for service provided. I should have been told this was not a vet that was a regular employee. The relief veterinarian seemed to ramble and giggle a lot. She didn't know where anything was. Talked to someone at office who just thanked me for offering feedback.

I initially went in to have it checked out and they advised that the tumor should be removed right away and were able to perform the surgery the same day. They provided a very high standard of care for my animal.

My family and I have been coming to Kenosha Animal Hospital for about 5 years. The staff is very friendly, I bring my 2 dogs, and 2 cats for spays/neuters and annual check-ups. I have never had a problem getting my animals in for an appointment, when I've called in the past I was always able to get them in within a day or 2. I actually work in the boarding facility part and I as an employee take pride in making sure each animal gets a lot of attention and outside play time. Since it is also a vet clinic we have the ability to provide care for animals whom are boarding that fall ill or have special needs i.e. diabetes, seizure disorders etc. I recommend our vet services and boarding services to everyone, because I have first hand experience and know that all animals brought to us are well cared for.
