I have been using this service for over 2 years. At first the service was excellent. Very punctual cleaning was always excellent. I had a few broken items, but they were always replaced. Then about 8 months ago she missed a couple of appointments. She always called, but it was a hassle trying to reschedule. This improved for a couple of months and then in February she started missing appointments and the quality of her work started to slip. I rescheduled her 4 different times. I changed my schedule to accommodate
her. The last time she did not show up and did not call to say she was not coming. It was the final straw I had to fire her. I then cleaned the house myself and that is when I noticed nicks in my wood that were not there before. I'm not sure what happened, but the quality and reliabilty have slipped and I cannot recommend this business.

They were fantastic. It was the woman who owns the operation and five other women with her. I couldn't believe what they did within 4 or 5 hours; they cleaned parts of that condo that had never been cleaned before. Everything looked new when they were done. It was worth every penny we paid. The carpet had been stained here and there and they cleaned it three different times with three different machines, it looked 200% better than what it had been.

We were given an estimate for 2 full days of cleaning, 16 hours, this was to be a "move in" cleaning, cabinets, light fixtures, floor, especially bath tubs and toliets. Specifically asked to have the exhaust fan above the stove cleaned as it had built up dirt. Estimate included lining cabinets and drawers with plastic liner which was provided. Everything was incomplete, never finished lining the cabinets, showed up late on day one, did not stay 8 hours, came back on the second day for only 2 to 3 hours yet estimate and charge remained the same. Several times the younger cleaners had to be told how to clean something, owner did not stay the entire time. Especially disturbing, after being told this was a move in cleaning and to focus on cleaning and sterilizing tubs and toliets, the first time I took a bath in the tub, there was a scum ring which remained in the tub from the previous owners. Exhaust fan was not cleaned, had to be reminded the second day to clean the fan. Not satisfied at all and would not recommend service to anyone.

"The owner was informed that due to the age and lack of previous care taken with the bathroom that we MAY not be able to get it completely clean. Also, this same room was slated to have the floor tile torn out and replaced. we were told not to worry about cleaning that bathroom too thoroughly, as it would soon be under construction. The owner was charged ONLY for the time we were there cleaning, We did NOT charge for time we were not there. We did run out of shelf liner, but we did as much as we could with what we had to work with, and the owner was told that we ran out of liner - we were told she would buy more and have her daughter finish it. The fans were all cleaned. Again, due to lack of care by the previous owners, we were unable to make everything like "new" again. When we had completed the job, the owner walked through the house, commented on how nice everything looked, and approved everything that had been done. We strive to make every homeowner happy. It's unfortunate that you feel we did not do an outstanding job. We cleaned the house from top to bottom. Inside and outside of the windows, all the light fixtures and chandeliers, the floors, baseboards, door frames, inside and outside of all the appliances. We moved all of the appliances from the wall, washed inside, outside, & around all of them. We moved all furniture, washed all window blinds, and scrubbed all the floors. The estimate given to the homeowner is just than, an ESTIMATE. When I gave this estimate, I informed the homeowner that it might take less time to complete this job, and it ended up taking less time. But that is not because we did not complete the job - to the satisfaction of the homeowner."

My overall experience with Jerianne's service was satisfactory. We hired her cleaning a total of (3) times. The first visit was thorough, I was very satisfied with the results. The next time didn't seem to be as focused as the first visit. I noticed minor things like the dusting was partially done on one table but not the other, stove top not cleaned at all. I provided a list of specific areas that were more important to focus on than the entire house and those items weren't completed to properly (and it amounted to less work). The 3rd visit was the final. My 16yr old daughter was home when they arrived and recognized one of the girls from her old high school. When she told me she knew one of the girls, I wondered if she possibly graduated early, if she was in fact bonded to work in homes... My daughter said the girl she knew and another teen girl went on and on discussing 'boy problems' (while working) and was asking my daughter if she knew this or that guy. Jerianne overhead part of the girls conversation and she told them to pipe down and do what they were there to do. While Jerianne did handle the girls rowdiness, I still feel a hint of unprofessionalism in what occurred. That evening when I got home, I noticed the stem underneath a decorative glass bowl was cracked, but when I picked it up, I realized the stem meeting the surface was actually broken. The next day I took a picture of the item and emailed Jerianne to ask her if the item in my bedroom was accidentally broken and she said she'd check with 'the girls'. She called me back and asked me to text her the picture. After reviewing she said the girls didn't know anything about it. Well it didn't break on its own, I didn't break it that night, and my daughter to go into my room and break it, then cover it up. I think it would have been easier to simply own the mistake. I didn't even need the item to be replaced, but the way incident was handled (along with the story about the teen girls and the minimal cleaning), it was enough for me to find a new service. My daughter laughed and said I should have paid her $100 to clean the whole house properly...at least she has the maturity to own when she breaks things.

They cleaned everything in every room from ceiling to floor. They cleaned five hours straight for two days. My house sparkled when they were done. They come to maintain on a bi-weekly basis. They are punctual and friendly. They take extra care in handling my belongings and I love coming home after they have cleaned. I highly recommend them for anyone needing a cleaning service.

I think it went great. My 77 yr old mom and dog were there for the entire cleaning and mom said she has never seen people work so hard. I was extremely happy with the results.

Overall, we are very happy with her work and her commitment shows through to her professional work ethic. We have signed a contract with Jerianne that includes her cleaning our house every two weeks. The second cleaning session also went well.
The follow-up cleaning is every two weeks, for $200.00. This price is a bit steep, but fair for the amount of free time I have now as well as the relief of knowing I can trust her to stay true to her word and commitments!

WOW! All I can say is WOW! I am so impressed with Jerianne's house cleaning service! When they said they did a deep clean, boy did they mean it. I just couldn't believe how involved they got. They came in with all their cleaning supplies and tools :))) tooth brushes, putty knives, and paint brushes. Sounds like they were going to build something...no...they use all these things to brush of the little nick knacks we have!
I was home all day as I work at home and the first thing I saw was Jerianne taking a candle out of a holder and digging out the wax! Then I saw here workers wiping off every leaf on our plants! Jerianne was climbing on my counters to vacuum the top of them. I mean when she told us she was anal about cleaning, she meant it! I thought my house was clean before with our last service, but boy let me tell you, my house has never been this clean!
Did I say how friendly Jerrianne and her workers were? Well they were! I don't mean that they chat, they worked hard the whole time they were here, but when we did talk, they were very friendly and sweet.
I only gave them a B for price only because they are more expensive than what I had, but like the old saying goes, and quot;You get what you pay forand quot; and I certainly did with hiring Jerianne's service! You will not be disappointed and I would recommend them to anyone!

I could not be more pleased with the quality of work Jerianne and her staff deliver. I have had my house cleaned for over 15 years, by 3 different companies, and Jerianne's company is by far a cut above the rest.
The deep cleaning initially provided was extremely thorough, and I could not have been more pleased with the final product. The kitchen floor was restored to it's original color and shine, attributes I had not seen in over 5 years (and assumed were lost). The hard water stains were removed from all bathrooms; all lampshades were dusted; every nick nack was touched and cleaned. The house shined, and our home looked new again. Outstanding job!!!
The weekly cleaning does not disappoint either. There is not a surface left untouched; bathroom towels are folded creatively; toilet paper is folded to a point, and we feel like we enter a spa when we come home.
The quality of the work is superb!

I was referred to Jerianne's from a friend that spoke very highly of her services. Jerianne arrived at my house with references and pictures of before and after jobs. I was pleasantly suprised with the rates and the quality of work provided.
The entire house from top to bottom was completely deep cleaned and the carpet looked like new. My wife and I couldn't believe the difference in the house and look forward to using her continually in the near future. I highly recommend Jerianne's Residential Cleaning Services!

got a estimate for home window cleaning price was good our home has a basement come to find out that price did not included the basement windows and not all the ground floor windows were washed on the outside.Not very happy will not use again

"The few outside windows which were not done was due to overgrowth of landscape. We were unable to access the windows safely, therefore, they were not completed. When the initial estimate was given, the homeowner was informed we would do everything we could to access them safely. If we were unable to, they would not be done. The basement windows were not done, as the estimate did not include the basement. Aseperate estimate was given to the homeowner for the basement, which was not agreed to at the time our initial cleaning was done."

I have her return every 2 weeks for "upkeep" cleaning (the cost of the upkeep is 30% of the initial deep cleaning. In my case, I paid $250 for the initial 10 hours of deep cleaning, so now, every 2 weeks, I pay $85 - well worth every single penny!!) I have never indulged in having a "maid" or a "housekeeper'; but I'll tell you, I don't know why I waited so long to treat myself to this service! Even my husband is happy (and that's quite a task!! He hates cleaning almost as much as I do.) - he's happy that I am happier and less stressed and we have more time to spend quality time together. It's amazing, I think her services actually helped my marriage!!! I have recommended her to all of my friends, and those who have already had their estimates have already had the pleasure of experiencing her true "gift of cleaning and organizing". Even though I only have her come once every 2 weeks, I look forward to coming home from work, every other Tuesday, and know that when I turn my key in the door knob, I will be pleased and relaxed - just knowing she has been there, taking such great care of my home. When she and her crew did the first deep cleaning, she did not leave until I personally approved every single room. She is committed to providing absolute excellent service to her clients. I can not communicate adequately the happiness I am experiencing now, knowing that my home is kept clean, fresh, and organized.
