Very little feedback throughout the 6 mos. She showed our house only once. At the end of the 6 mos. I requested to meet with her to get update on how the housing mkt was going (ie demand, prices, recent comps etc.). Didn't contact me until after the date I had requested and then only to see about extending the contract. I declined but said to contact me in April for re-listing. She never made contact again.

"I am disappointed and surprised with this review and I would like to respond because of inaccuracies. We had several showings throughout the listing but no offers. I always gave feedback to the owner after the showings and had a professional stager come out to stage the home for showings. I contacted the owner in early summer because I had a motivated buyer looking for a home that matched the criteria. The owner did not return my call or email so my buyer bought a different home. I noticed the home was listed a few weeks later with a different Realtor at an extremely low price. It is unfortunate because the market is much better this year than last and they could have gotten $20,000 more for their home than they did."

We actually didn't spend anything because we ended up picking our house off of the market. She was very professional, very friendly, and very responsive. She was proactive, available, and fantastic. She was great. We would use her again in the future.
