I went to Jantz looking for a rear-view mirror for my 1980 Chevrolet Camaro SS as mine fell of my windshield and the glass cracked. I called them to see if they had any off a salvage car and they said they did. I asked them to hold it for me and I'd be in that afternoon to pick it up. I failed to get a name of who I spoke with, but that should hardly matter.
I get there and tell them I asked them to place a part on hold for me to which the parts guy rudely informed me they NEVER hold parts and that I must be mistaken about where I called for the mirror. After that I asked if they had any rear-view mirrors like I was originally told, he looked it up and said yes they did. I asked him to get it for me. At this time he told me I could just go to Auto-Zone or Wal-Mart or even Amazon and just get any generic mirror. I explained I wanted original as I'm trying to keep everything original on my Camaro. I shouldn't have even bothered explaining this because he then told me and quot;what does it matter? those cars are everywhere. yours is nothing specialand quot;.
I finally had enough and just waited for the mirror. When he finally brought it back, he had the audacity to charge me $50.00 after telling me it'd only be $20.00 earlier confirming what I was told on the phone. I was so fed up, I just paid for it and left.
Don't bother going here unless this is the last place around and you've called everywhere else twice trying to find what you need. Simply not worth it.
The only plus to here was that the mirror was actually in very good shape and was clean.

I went in for an estimate - was happy with the estimate and took the vehicle in on the date agreed upon - the repair was completed on the date agreed upon - the vehicle is over 10 years old and the paint matched perfectly - no one would ever be able tell I had repair work done on my vehicle - everyone was very professional and courteous. I would recommend Jantz to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle.

The service was excellent - the repair was completed at the date that was promised - the paint matches perfectly (my vehicle is 10 years old and there was some fading) and the vehicle was returned in spotless condition - I would recommend Jantz to anyone needing auto body work done.
