I talked with Jay, the owner, who initially tried to talk me through determining if there was a problem. I called him on a Sunday afternoon and he was available to discuss my problem. After troubleshooting the issue it was determined that the garage door opener was failing. He gave me several options that I could pursue. One of them was for me to purchase a garage door opener and that he could install it for $150. That's what we ended up doing. During the installation of the garage door opener, he noticed that my garage door was missing some door bracing on the top of the door. He fixed this issue for only $20 more. Jay impressed me with his professionalism and his customer service. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
