We were having problems with our air conditioning unit as it suddenly stopped working on one of the hottest days in summer. Tim looked over the entire unit, explaining to us what the issues were. We needed to replace our unit and Tim was great about explaining all of the costs involved up front. The unit was delivered and installed rather quickly. We did have a problem with the moisture switch. Tim came and took care of the issue right away. I am very pleased.

Tim did a great job. He was very knowledgable and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. Will definitely be calling him again.

Tune up went well. Very detailed. Checked for carbon monoxide. Cleaned drain trap.

Took almost 5 hrs. The 2 gentlemen were curteous, friendly and willing to explain weverything they were doing. It was a very tight space for a very tall man. He had to cut a bigger hole for the water heater but after all was done, I couldn't tell after the panel was replaced. I have used Home Heating in the past and learned they can do more repairs than heating and cooling. They take pride in what they do.
