We feel this review is misleading, and an inaccurate version of the job that took place. We would be happy to answer any questions you may have. Please see below for a description of the events that took place. The contract for this job was signed on 4/22/14 with 1/3 of the payment down and the remainder due at completion of work, to be done by 6/1/14. At the time of the contract signing, the customer was aware that our schedule was booked 3 weeks out. There was also an understanding that the owner would have the boiler and piping removed from the home before our install would commence. Our portion of the job consisted of cutting in the supplies and returns, and adding all new duct work from the basement to the attic on the 4th floor, as well as zoning the 1st and 2nd floor, and installing the new furnace and air conditioner. The job commenced on 5/12/14 with the permits applied for, and was completed with the exception of the grills and diffusers on 5/15/14. (In 4 days.) During install the owner also added on work outside of the original contract, which was still completed by the agreed upon deadline. All of the work was completed and the equipment was operational before the deadline. The inspections were also approved in that time, with the exception of the electrical inspection due to the Village inspector’s availability, which was completed on 6/3/14.
