Numerous mistakes made during building process. It took us more than 3 years to get most of them fixed. They installed the third French door 3 years after completion because it had never been installed properly to begin with and water poured into our kitchen and basement below.. We thought this time we were done with the issue for good and planned on never having to deal with this company again, unfortunately the same thing happened with the third door. We continue to have water coming in every where and have to stand by with towels to soak It all up. If we are not home when it rains we have to get home or the kitchen will be a mess. They blamed the manufacturer of the door but really? Did they keep sending defective doors? The second time the door was replaced a worker told me it was not installed correctly and that is why the water was coming in the basement below. The kitchen floor is ruined and rotting beneath. We have pictures of the damage and numerous videos of the water coming down the inside of the French doors. We have all but begged Dustin Harpe the owner to make good on his promises but he stopped responding at all. we are not looking for Harpe to keep repairing our home, we only want them to take care of what was done wrong from the beginning. We tried from the very first walk thru when we took occupancy and spent the next 4 years trying to get this door and water problem fixed.I would never recommend this company.

Multiple delays without notice as required per the contract. Completion was 3 1/2 months late. Yes it was an unseasonably cold winter but that doesn't explain the lack of activity in June and July. Major mistakes were made with employees lying about the mistakes to the point they even tried to blame the local building inspector. Cost of the house was vastly underestimated due to a $5,000 under estimate for building permits, $10,500 underestimate for sewer hookup, and nothing included for a culvert although it was obvious there was a ditch present. The husband and wife ownership team each pointed to each other for answers to issues raised. Draws received were consistenly incorrect as the work had not been completed, math on change orders found to be incorrect with no apology, threat that if we did not sign the last draw even though the work wasn't completed that we could not get occupancy - this was an idle threat as occupancy was provided by the village directly to us. Dispute over the cost of items built into the contract that differ from the bank draw request. Still waiting for a window to be fixed that was pointed out to the owner on July 26th. Multiple other items either incorrect or not competed within time promised. I have emails and text message to back up everything listed here and more! I would be happy to provide copies of them!

over all went well, We have been in our new house for 4 months and love it.
