I cannot express enough how thrilled I am with the incredible work done by Michael Lynch on remodeling my kitchen! He transformed my space into a dream kitchen beyond my wildest expectations. First and foremost, Michael listened attentively to my ideas/vision and provided invaluable suggestions to optimize the layout, appearance, and functionality of the space. His attention to detail was evident throughout every step of the project. One of the major changes he implemented was knocking out a half wall and relocating the refrigerator (building a full wall on the opposite side to place it). He also added a large pass-through window with counter seating - which not only greatly enhances the aesthetic appeal and flow of natural light, but opens up a connection between the kitchen and adjoining living room. The installation of all new cabinetry with crown molding has added so much elegance to my formerly drab 80's kitchen. Michael's creativity and problem-solving skills truly shone through when he tackled the challenge of removing the outdated bump-out above the cabinets. When plumbing was discovered behind a portion of the bump-out, simply eliminating it was not an option, so he crafted a custom angled wall outcropping. The upgrade to an external hood vent (in place of the former stove fan), along with the installation of a much-needed dishwasher and a new stainless steel sink (with spray faucet, soap dispenser, and filtered water faucet), has revolutionized the functionality of my kitchen. The beautiful new backsplash that Michael put in adds a touch of personality and charm, while also adding a brightness and shine that was sorely lacking previously - which is highlighted all the more when I turn on the new under-cabinet lighting that he also installed. In addition to the kitchen remodel, Michael also replaced our front and side doors, providing added curb appeal and security to our home. And last, but certainly not least, his expertise in flooring installation was evident in the flawless execution of tearing out our old flooring and installing stunning hardwood floors throughout the entire first floor. Overall, I am beyond impressed with the quality of workmanship and professionalism displayed by Michael Lynch. He has truly transformed my kitchen into the heart of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Michael. I had a big honey do list that just was never getting done. He provided a thorough and honest estimate, gave himself enough time to do the work right, and did it. Excellent communication skills, worked within my timeline, and is just overall a good person.

Michael is an outstanding handyman who is creative, resourceful, detail oriented, and one of the kindest people I have ever met. He did several jobs for us laat summer. He made and installed a beautiful brand new window for us in one day from raw materials through installation. The original window was an awkward size and could not be replaced with a commercially purchased window. As he planned how best to approach this project, he discussed the different options we had and always wanted to use his resources and all of our time as wisely as possible. He replaced and waterproofed the drywall areas above and around our tub and shower in two bathrooms. He replaced the bathroom fans as well as the light in our walk-in closet that had electrixl issues for years. He bought a new fixture for this and got us the best deal possible with the best option for us. For each project, he explained every step and what it would cost. He presented computer made drawings and estimates for each project and when possible used materials he already had to keep the price of the project as reasonable as possible. He worked the entire time he was here and when one part of one project was finished or drying, he worked on the other. He gave us advice on how to fix things on our own. He also fixed a ceiling fan, a drawer and handled some other small repairs for my parents. Instead of scrapping their ceiling fan and having them buy a new one, he found the problem and fixed it using materials from his supplies. The finished products are perfect and he left the project area perfectly clean. He has also done work for another friend of mine who said the same things about his work ethic and approach to each project. Michael is the best handy man I have ever used. He is professional, creative, resourceful and honest and clear about options available. I have recommended him to others and hope to use his services in the future.

Micheal is our go-to handyman for all our home projects and repairs. He has built our fence, installed our floors, poured our concrete slab, fixed our toilet, rebuilt our bathroom vanity, installed our gas stove, put up our basketball hoop, and more.
