Get-Wired was scheduled to arrive between 10 and Noon. They called me at 9:30 and said they were within 5 minutes of my house and could they come a little early. (after dealing with Time-Warner and AT&T and getting 4 hour windows for service calls and having them show up late, this was refreshing) The first thing the technician did was wipe their feet and was respectful of my home. Technician was very knowledgeable and was able to help me with several issues. Technician had all necessary equipment to complete the job and didn't seem rushed to "get onto the next customer". The tech was thorough, very detailed (explained everything they were doing and why) and completed the job in about 2 hours. I would use Get-Wired Communications again in a heartbeat.
