 + -1 moreThe owner, Fernando, came to review the project. Was very knowledgeable, helped with specific design questions, and it felt as though he would be a good fit for the project (small bathroom remodel). He left stating that he would advise quote within the next few days. Did not hear back from him after a week. We called him to prompt another contact and the quote. Two weeks later now--no response. We were disappointed that he didn't connect on the quote to give us an opportunity to work with him. Will probably not contact in the future for the balance of our other remodel projects.

 + 4 moreI was hesitant in hiring a contractor, in all the negative stories that I had heard. Fernando was very professional from the moment he entered my house. He had attempted to put on covers over his shoes, I had stopped him in that my carpet is next to be done😅.He had asked what exactly we wanted done, and we were already in the fact we had a map of dimensions and what we needed. He reverifeied, which we were very happy with and asked questions.Said he would get back in a day or so once he got estimates of materials and such and sent us a quote via email( which I requested) and then we compared our bids and chose him.
Description of Work: Fernando gave us an estimate for remodeling our bathroom. We wanted to buy a majority of our materials.So Fernando made an estimate based on labor and materials easier for him to pick up, which to us was no addiational cost.

 + -1 more,fernando arrive at 8 am every day. was very professinonal.cleaned up mess every day and hauled away trash. did very good work.
Description of Work: took out old bath tub and surrond--took out floor & sub floor--trued up all studs for new tub & surrond.put in new tub & surrond. filled in with dry wall,mudded and sanded. put in new exhaust fan and vented it to roof.replaced some old electrical plug ins. put in new sub floor and tile. patched and sanded walls. painted walls & ceiling.
