They showed up at 7:20 and done and gone by 3:00. Cleaned everything up better than I thought they could do. Employees were excellent and worked their a** off. Everything was done as per contract. Would I recommend them you bet. Complete tear off changed 5 sheets of ply wood new flashing on chimney and bath and kitchen vents and 4 air vents. Plus ice dam protection.

The roof appears to be good BUT their work ethic is the worst I have ever seen. They came over and drove their heavy equipment on top of my brick flowerbeds ruining them! On top of that they left all the old materials from my roof in my gutters. My gutters have gutter guards on them so it is very difficult to get the debris out. They clogged up the first time and I thought it was over after struggling to get it out. Then they clogged up again after hard rain brought more debris down to clog up the downspout. Then this last hard rain it was the worst ever! A thin piece of wood went right on top of the downspout opening making the water come out between the gutter and the house causing a waterfall on my window! All that water got into the windows and inside my house! This is the worst job ever! I would never recommend them to anyone! To top it all off, when I posted my problem on another review they called me up and started yelling at me that their business would suffer because of my review! Would they come over and fix their mistake? NO, only yelling at a customer because of their bad service! Please, do not use ***** roofing. There are many companies that serve their customers better.

30 year old skylight was inspected. Determined it needed to be replaced. Job professionally performed ahead of schedule

After they were able to get out and give me the estimate, I hired them to complete the work. It took a while to get to it as they were busy and I ended up in the hospital right after I sent them the signed doc to do the work. They did come out and do the job. I had needed the skylights resealed and forgot to remind him when he came out to do the estimate. He gave me a set price over the phone for it and advised I write that in on the work order after the fact before I signed it and sent it. Turns out it was missed during the roof repair, but they will be back out to finish it when the weather permits. I have to pay this with my credit card so it will be an additional 3% for using it, but I was told this in advance, so I was not surprised by it. That seems to be the norm for many businesses out here in this area.

I never even knew they were here. They came and did the work. Cleaned up any old shingles and were gone before I got home. Sent us the bill and we paid it. Just amazing.

They were very prompt. Spent time searching in the attic to see where the leak was coming from. Tore off old roof, replaced wood in one section, laid down water/freeze membrane down over whole gable area, then reroofed gable.

Someone came out to give an estimate within two days from my first contact. A week later, the workers came out to do the gutter replacement and siding. The work was done quickly and well.

All work was completed in one day. Cleanup was great! Very professional.

Everything seemed good at first but......then we started having trouble with the roof leaking. We never had problems with leaking before it was replaced, it just looked bad. I called them on two different occasions. The roof is only 7 years old, a complete tear down and 30 year shingles. They came out both times, said they couldn't see anything. They caulked the crap out of it on the second trip out. Well that only temporarily solved the problem. We called another roofer-Dan's Roofing. He knew right away what was wrong.... the flashing was installed poorly, it barely met at corners, not wide enough, etc. Needless to say the wood underneath was rotting. It all had to go. We've had 2 heavy rainfalls since Dan replaced it and low and behold-----NO more leaking!!!!! I will tell everyone to steer clear of Dick's Roofing!!!!

It went very well.  They were prompt.  They did everything that I wanted them to do.  They cleaned up everything.

A different contractor had done a new roof for us about 6 yrs ago, and we've had severe to minor problems with it since. Several times over the years we've asked a Rep from Dick's to check the roof, most recently because of a leak. We asked the question, "Should we just have you put a new roof on and get rid of these leak issues that we have every several years?" Some contractors would jump on a "Yes! Definitely!" His response, "No...these are issues related to your skylight windows not your roof. Consider new skylight windows." The good news: They'll help us with the windows when we're ready to make sure the window and roofing installation is done properly.

Project went well, ordering siding in the spring is challanging because there are so many people needing the service. I was told by Jeff that it would be within 3 weeks and it was done when promised.

Awesome. They were easy to schedule and were on time.

Our roof never leaked before they installed a new one.  Roof was not installed according to manufacturer's directions and they refused to give us our money back.   Dick's installs shingles with a method called racking.   It is faster but does not hold up as well.  They came back many times trying to patch with tar.    We had to pay to have the roof taken off  and re-roofed.

The skylight was leaking so we decided to have it removed and the hole patched. Everything went well. They were very prompt and professional.
