We would highly recommend Carpets Plus Outlet. This is the secxond time we have purchased flooring from them. The sales staff helped us choose the appropriate flooring for our needs. The installer (Izzy) did a great job! The rooms both have irregular shapes and he was careful about how he oriented the flooring. He explained the process as he went along and answered all of our questions/concerns. He arrived on time and cleaned everything up after he finished. We are very happy with the result!

We were overall happy with Carpet’s Plus Outlet for our carpet, hardwood floors and kitchen/bath tile.

The hardwood floors and carpet turned out amazing and no issues whatsoever.  Installers on time and very professional.

However, the tile became an issue and ended up being a very unpleasant situation.  The installer stated that he had never installed this type of tile before and should have raised a red flag.  Being an experienced installer, we didn’t think it would be much of an issue.  

First, the cement board around the tub was installed incorrectly and had to be cut down.  This is after the walls had been sprayed and painted.  When questioned about what was going on, the installer replied that he didn’t like the way he was being talked to.  It was just us as a customer asking questions which I thought we could.

Second, after the bath tile was completed, we found numerous pieces that were installed incorrectly.  Matt and Heather resolved the problem and were very professional and stated that we were the customer and would do whatever needed to make us happy.  Thanks to Matt and Heather. 

Once the pieces where identified to be taken out, the installer then used profanity to disclose his displeasure.   Very unprofessional.  I would hope CPO has other tile installers.

The only other issue was not being notified when the tile installer would be returning or not showing up to complete the job when we were told they would be there on a particular day.

Based on the tile issue alone, we give Carpet’s Plus Outlet a 3 stars but could have been 5.   

New flooring click system did not match newer flooring. I was told there may be a non compatibility  issue when bid was originally given. When person called back with quote, I was told the click systems could match, so I went ahead with the project. The person giving me the quote now tells me he said they could not match the click system. When installers came to patch the floor, the systems did not match and a small section of the flooring was not fixed to my liking.

I wanted to replace a 1970's kitchen floor.  I went around for info and estimates on flooring.  At the store they took the time to explain pros and cons over various floor types (hardwood, laminate, vinyl) and what might be best for the area I needed it i.  He then found several styles I wanted.  
The owner came out (for free) to measure, see what the job was and give me a labor - installation estimate.  I then decided on the floor type and style.  I then got a written estimate for the product and installation.
Installation was great.  I meet with installer, revewed the job and then I left and returned around 5.   The floor looked spectacular.  He has called needed to come back the next morning to finish putting back the wood moldings.  Because we had not moved in I just gave him the contractor code to the door lock.  He planned on returning at 6 AM and finishing  - that way that days main job would start on time.

Carpets Plus answered all of our questions. Pricing was the best around!
Installers were prompt and knowledgeable. 
Beautiful job on both the carpeting and tile floor.

When problems were noted with the carpet, Carpet's Plus immediately remedied the situation and completely replaced the carpet and installation at no cost to me.

Neil, Penny and everyone there were SO helpful. They are my go - to flooring store. This is the fourth time I've used them and they never disappoint! They replaced my kitchen and entryway floors and used spare tiles to install new flooring in my front door entry.

About 5 years ago they replaced carpeting in our rec room and two bedrooms.  We were very satisfied.  came on time did work in a timely manner and and left the rooms very clean.  The carpet was what we wanted and turned out beautiful.

Each time I have used them, they have been on time, professional, done what they said they would, when they said they would and for the (very reasonable) price that they had quoted. Even when their installer arrived to find that a different contractor had not completed the task that should have been done and out of their way, their installer adjusted his time and then worked longer hours the next day to complete the work on time. They would be my first choice for any service that they provide.

They worked 2 consecutive mornings. They removed the existing trim, removed the toilet, cut away the rotted linolieum, put down backer board, and tiled. The next morning, added grout and reinstalled the trim. Beautiful! Excellent cleanup! Absolutely perfect job. We couldn't be happier!
