Locksmith Service
INITIAL PHONE CALL/VISIT IN APRIL 2005 WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. BOB COMMONS WAS ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL, AND REASONABLY PRICED. DID EXTRA WOOD-CHISELING WORK FAIRLY METICULOUSLY. FRONT DOOR DEADBOLT BROKE AFTER ONLY 7 MONTHS. THIS NEVER HAPPENED TO ME BEFORE IN ANY OF MY CURRENT OR PAST HOMES. I ASSUMED IT WAS A CRAFTSMANSHIP PROBLEM AND CALLED BOB SAME DAY OF OCCURRENCE. NO RETURN PHONE CALL AFTER 3 DAYS, DESPITE 2 DETAILED MESSAGES. THREE DAYS IS A LONG TIME WHEN YOUR FRONT DOOR IS STUCK IN A LOCKED POSITION. VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE FOLLOW-UP.
