furniture sales
+ -1 morecouch warranty repair. After many attempts to have subcontractors repair faulty couch, and after a time period of months & "hoops to jump through, phone calls, waiting for parts, incorrect parts delivered, could not be installed correctly, finally Ashley offered us a free replacement. We are happy now, but the quality of the original couch and the disorganization of the repair process was not good.
