They had to order the tires I wanted (based on Consumer Reports) since they did not carry them in stock.  When they came in, I got a call to schedule an appointment.  No problems encountered.  Dropped the car off, got a call when they were done and costs were exactly as quoted. In/out with no problems.

I needed to replace a punctured tire. I was surprised, but they had the cheapest price for Michelin tires. Drop-off was a breeze and Pete (service mgr) was very friendly. They even placed my spare back where it belonged. I waited while they did the work.

Over the years, I have taken all of the different cars I have had (84 S-10 Blazer, VW Jetta, Subaru Forrester, SAAB 9-3, Volvo XC) to Anastos Motors for service. Pete, the service manager and part owner, has always been outstanding. The labor rates are reasonsable and he has never performed service that is unnecessary. Drop off/pick up is a breeze since you can do it until the dealership side of the business closes. My wife and I even plan to buy our next car from them.
