Outstanding.  Highly recommend.
I should have replace my boiler at least 5 years ago, but it finally died and I called Al Misurelli & Son based on reviews from Angie's List.  What a great find. They were excellent.
The estimate was scheduled very quickly and everything was explained very clearly to me.
Jeff and Andy were the installers.  They were great.  My floor was damaged and they took the time to get materials to fix the floor so that it could hold the boiler properly.  It was explained that this wasn't a professional job and I was asked if that was okay.  Well, when they finished the floor, it certainly looked professional to me and even better, there was no extra cost for doing this.  These guys really know their stuff.
I was very impressed with this company and highly recommend them for your heating needs.

Al Misurelli & Sons was prompt to respond to our call of our furnace not operating.  They were very clear and concise on the options we had as well as gave a very fair price for a very quick replacement.  They were able to get our existing furnace to run for a couple days before they could get our new one installed.
They did a quick job and cleaned up well from the duct replacements.  We are very happy with their service.

They were here on time. It appears they did a good job. This is the first full day with the system in place.

First to be fair; they sold us a very good product at a competitive price.
The major issue was the installation. It was agreed that a new trunk would have to be run for the unheated addition. For this to be accomplished we were instructed to clear and remove a built in shelving unit and a large portion of ceiling to facilitate the new trunk run.
The installation was completed as scheduled ( I was at work while this was done ).
When I came home and saw HOW it was installed I was speechless and p***** off. The intake/vent pipes were installed at a 45 degree angle across the utility area of the basement, cutting off access to the washer and dryer.
A new trunk was not run. They tapped off an existing trunk; but they did cut the hole in the wall where the new trunk was to be run.
The floor vents were not installed where originally planned, thus 3/4 of the basement ceiling did NOT have to be taken down.
I contacted the owner, he did come over and agreed that they did not install as originally planned. Because, once they started the job, they decided that the way it was done would work just as well. He agreed to and did reroute the intake/vent pipes so we could get to the washer and dryer section of the basement. Other than that he did not see what else he could do. The new system was in and working just fine.
With that we parted ways.

From after hours phone calls, to making appointments all easy and good service.  The guys come analyze the furnace and get the thing going even on the coldest days.  Fix it move on, friendly and clean.

The gentlemen were courteous, and professional.

The service technicians were polite and came in and got right to work. We had additional returns re-done and it all looks a million times better than it did previously. They also fixed electrical, PVC piping, and the condensate drain and everything is amazing.
We appreciated the straight forward no BS estimate that we were given and the fact that even in the winter we were able to get a new furnace installed within 2 days of our old one having issues.

They arrive at the house and promptly went to work. They were very polite. We had trouble with our thermostat in April 2013 and it was under warranty and replaced.

Because of the way our home was built, hot water heater options were somewhat limited. The rep was very knowledgable about tankless heaters, and what he said coincided with the research I did before hand. The installers were fast, thorough, and they treated and cleaned up the work area like it was their own home. We're very happy with this company and the product they installed.

Since we purchased our home in 2010, we have gone through Al Misurelli and Son Inc. numerous times for standard servicing on our furnace and air conditioning. Each and every time, they have been professional,
punctual, and fair in their service pricing.
When our furnace finally began to fail in early 2012, they were tremendous in the quality of service they provided in terms of proving an estimate and beginning and completing the work the very next day. They even went above and beyond to address a few other issues in our overall set up and pointed out opportunities to reduce costs on our overall quoted price.

The repair worked great. I haven't had a problem with the hot water heater after that. They were professional, quick and affordable.
