Absolute computer systems has provided me with hardware and software support as well as providing off-site backup for my critical data. I have found them to be friendly, courteous, and very helpful. I also purchased through them a solid-state disk drive which has greatly increase the performance of my computer. When I require their assistance, with my permission they can log into my computer and perform the maintenance or assistance I require.

Contacted the company and informed them of the problem.  They had someone come out and pickup the computer the same day.  They worked on it for a few days and then returned it back to us.  The computer worked great and has been working great since.  All the people were very nice and friendly.

They were courteous, professional, punctual, and overall one of the easiest computer guys I've worked with. Being not extremely computer savvy myself, they really ensured that I understood what was being done, and that all my questions were answered. I would definitely recommend them to a friend.
