The service went well, but I did have a few problems. I had been given constant automated texts all week about the progress of my car (and quot;things are looking GREAT!and quot; and and quot;your car is coming along nicely!and quot;) which were kind of annoyingly and obviously fake, but that's fine. I could easily not ever think about those texts again, except they were completely inaccurate. I was given a finish day of Friday afternoon which was perfect because we had weekend plans which involved driving our car. Friday is rolling on and I hear nothing from the body shop. I call to ask about my car and someone has to check and call me back. It is now after 4 and I finally hear back, it turns out things aren't done and will have to wait until Monday. Boy, this was BAD. Not only do we need a car for the weekend, I need to pick up my husband who works half an hour away with no way home! I panicked and called around to find a rental, luckily Enterprise took care of me.
The work was good, even though there was a leak in the washer fluid reservoir, they fixed it at no cost. I am still annoyed that there was no effort on their end to remedy my extra and unexpected expense of the car rental, and little in the way of an apology. I think it would have been fitting to reimburse me for the rental. We had gone the whole time without a car and figuring things out without the added expense of a rental, only to have to rent anyway for the weekend.

They are excellent. Excellent customer service and they are honest.
