Chris surveyed the desired project and explained possible options. I had not originally envisioned tile surround due to what I though it would cost, but he provided a bid using a basic fiberglass surround and for the tile option. The tile option was very reasonable, so I chose that one. Chris and his crew arrived as scheduled and performed all work superbly and without delay, finishing a day ahead of schedule, coordinating working around another contractor's project on one of the days. The old tub and all excess construction materials were promptly removed and the area cleaned superbly. Chris has gone out of his way to ensure satisfaction.
