I called and they came out the same day to fix the garage door. They were on time and replaced the spring quickly. It was nice to get the garage door back and working the same day the spring broke.

i cant rember the service guys name but he was outstanding he came in fixed was broke and replaced the parts that were broke. He did do some extra work that i believe was just a part an inspection. he lubed evey thing and was pleasant doing of in a garage that was hot as an oven.

WHEN I CALLED TO SET UP A SERVICE APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE ABLE TO PROVIDE ME WITH AN ESTIMATE AND EXPECTED ARRIVAL TIME. KEN, THE SERVICEMAN WAS PUNCTUAL AND VERY COURTEOUS. HE EXPLAINED THE WORK HE WAS GOING TO DO AND EVEN TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN WHAT GENERAL MAINTENANCE I SHOULD BE PERFORMING.
