Tundraland Roofing

After a bad experience with a different roofer on another property last year I was determined not to go cheap this time. The salesmen promised 3-4 days start to finish and "other than the new roof, you won't even know we were there." Tundraland (TL) called on a Friday and confirmed our start date was Monday and the supplies would be dropped in the driveway that morning. Sunday evening TL crew leader called and said they would be 2-3 days delayed. They showed up Saturday and finished and left the following Monday with supplies still in the driveway, flowers trampled, tar marks all over the siding, a broken window, an a portion of the roof untouched. TL Operations Director showed up that night and promised that "they would make it right". The siding has been cleaned, offered to replace some of the flowers, and said the roof would get finished. 10 days later, the roof is finally done. It looks great! But still no gutter toppers are installed and they have not taken care of the broken window yet. Not what the salesmen promised by a long shot. Also, once your salesman slinks off with the contract you will never be able to contact him again, his email is picked up by the office and he never comes back to honor his words.
