Came out 4x unable to repair still not working right and did discuss with Berken and they will come out again for a fee. They put the furnace in in 2018 . Does not maintain heat and the company does not seemed concerned

Terrific. Just bought a new house and the furnace was sounding a little rough, so we wanted it checked out. I stopped in at Berkens to set up the visit and got an appointment for the following day at a time convenient for me. The technician arrived on time and was careful not to walk on the newly cleaned carpeting before donning booties. He was informative and professional.

I call them after hours thinking it was going to be a long night, but they called back right away. The first question was have we checked the furnace out. so i went down to the furnace and he walked me through some they that were pretty easy. The communication was great and so we thought we had it but it didn't take. He said he would come out in about an hour. He did arrived for 90 minutes but he did call to lets us know he was running last. Heshowed us and told us the things to check monthly nad how the re the codes. The problem was something we couldn't fix so it was were him coming out. Very courteous, professional, and informative. I will definitely have these guys do my yearly inspections on both my AC and heating.

Bought house new and Berken was the installer our builder used. Had them come out after the first year for furnace cleaning. Technician was very thorough with cleaning and explaining their process of clean and check. I provided the coupon I had for the service and was entered into a drawing that I ended up winning. They helped pay my heating bill for a month. Very nice. I will use them again

Date/time was set. Serviceman called approximately 1/2 hour before arriving. Arrived at the house at scheduled time. Immediately got to work and finished in less then one hour. Gave me a brief summary of the condition of the furnace and what he found. Provided bill with no surprises.
