1st. I believe that any professional fence installer can get the job done right. To make a choice it comes down to price and customer service. Their price was equal to one other quote I received. I told Megan the owner that I was fussy. She assured me that her husband and his crew were the best. While I'm watching them get started I see them driving their equipment all over my 3/4 acre lot. Absolutely no plywood laid down and NO REGARD to what they were doing to my lawn. I had already paid them $5,000 as a down payment..so I'm stuck hoping they will fix all of the ruts, gouges, dirt clumps and gravel. As soon as the job is complete Megan is asking for her final payment. I asked about the damage and she said she would deduct $175 from the final bill. So now until I can get this fixed I'm on a slow burn looking at the damage done to my lawn. Pass on B&M they have a contract that covers their rear end. Once the fence is completed it's up to the client to fix their errors.
