Roofing
We were having leakage problems. They did a poor job returning our calls. This winter we had another issue and they never called us back. After the roof was done initially, the guy said they never cut the channels wide enough and that was why we were getting leakage. Since they fixed that we hadn't been having leakage, but they installed it improperly the first time around. They ignored us off and now the 5 year warranty has expired. That was one of the major selling points of the roof, but what is the point if they aren't going to fix their work?
