ANDY'S ROOFING

It started fine - Andy came out to the house walk us through the estimate and was very pleasant. He sent a team to do the job - Not him - and it appeared to go well. We had the work done because the roof leaked. The job was "ok". The flashing was done poorly and they had to come out to redo it. It started to leak again so they came out and caulked around the flashing. This solved the issue when it rained but a couple of winters later it started leaking again in the winter. We had another contractor come out and he told use thee part of the roof leaking should have had a rubber roof instead of being shingled because the pitch is almost flat. Andy would not come back out and fix the problem but kept telling us he would put rubber on it just never showed up. We did some checking and called an attorney but found out Andy was being sued for taking peoples down payments and not doing the work. The attorney said so many people were suing him it would be extremely unlikely we would get any money back even though we would probably win any suit. We then found out after calling the dodge county DA he was under investigation for taking money from customers. Stay away from this guy.
