Job entailed complete remodel of older kitchen, all new cabinets, painting, updated wiring with led lighting, new floor, new appliances,  tiled backsplash.  House was built in 1937 so needed new wiring. Work was completed in predicted time and fit and finish was excellent.
Very pleased with it. 

It went really well.  The finished job turned out really nice.  He custom built shelves and a t.v. cabinet for us as well as finishing our basement and was able to do everything we asked for and envisioned for our basement.  We could not be happier.  This was the third job that we hired him for.  We first put a bathroom in downstairs and then added a deck outside.

Project went as planned. Sub-flooring was needed and not expected, but they handled it professionally and quickly. Project was done on time and went smoothly. The owner of this company has been working in this field for years and has many contacts to do his sub-contracting through.

AND he came in under his estimate by about 20%! I told him I wished I had more work for him because it is such a nice surprise to find someone who knows how to do building repairs and does such fine work.
It took him about a week to fit me into his schedule but I had literally no other option. And were we ever glad it worked out for us for Terry to do our job. We were 100% satisfied and would highly recommend Sunrise Builders and Construction Services.

We initially contacted Terry to bid on building a full bathroom in our completely unfinished basement. By the time it was all said and done we had relocated our laundry room, had custom lockers installed in our mudroom, completed the full bath in the basement, finished the basement laundry room and sectioned off and concealed a large storage area in the basement. Terry was very professional and personable. Project costs were always as bidded (unless changes were agreed upon before completion). Terry always showed up when he said he would. He made sure his subcontractors were at the job site when they were expected. He kept us informed as the projects progressed. All work was completed in the timeframe we agreed upon. He even worked the weekend before the 4th of July to finish the mudroom lockers because he knew we were having guests for the holiday. We love the work Terry has done and have recommended him to a number of friends who had construction needs. One friend had Terry completely finish their basement (2 bedrm, office, full bath, laundry, family room) and they also were thrilled with Terry's work and the entire experience. We will definitely work with Terry again!!
