I can't praise Midwest Electric highly enough. As a single lady, I have had some difficulty in the past with contractors, including electricians, who have taken advantage of me. It made me reluctant to hire anyone, but I needed a good electrician to do a substantial amount of work at my 20-year-old home. My cousin--a smart, knowledgeable, hard-to-please guy with very high standards--recommended Midwest Electric, the only electrical contractor he has used for almost 10 years. 
From the very first phone call to Midwest Electric through the process of getting an estimate and scheduling the work, Tony was
extremely responsive, gentlemanly, and professional. Bill, the electrician, arrived punctually and proceeded to "get 'er done," as 
Larry the Cable Guy would say. Bill went over everything with me before starting, took notes, and went to work. He answered my many questions thoroughly and with grace and good humor. He was a model of efficiency. When he had finished, he reviewed the work he had done with me, and discussed putting together a new estimate for further work (I would like to replace my old halogen lights with LED's.)
Midwest Electric gets an A+ in my book, and from now on they will be my electrician of choice.

After contacting them they were here within an hour and corrected the issue. I contracted with them for a 200amp service upgrade. They were very prompt in doing the work.
