Very impressed w/Justin’s communication. When I first contacted him he called me back the same day and whenever I had a question he emailed back that day or the very next morning. When it came time for the estimate he was on time and thorough. He used a measuring wheel- the other company we had in did no measurements- and he checked over everything. As result he noticed asbestos where we did not even know there was asbestos. When the work was done his crew was pleasant, informative and answered all our many questions with patience and thoroughness. The work was completed in the time frame specified, they cleaned up everything and then showed us exactly what had been done and answered more of our “what if questions.” Bottom line is I’d hire them again and as a matter of we referried them to our friends who booked them to do their asbestos removal job too. We were also grateful for Justin’s professionalism and willingness to do a smaller job. Some companies we called would not even consider doing our work because it was a small job.

They did alright with the preliminary work of checking for water damage and exposing the areas and drying the areas that were wet. But when it came time to clean my house from the mess the 3 individuals did a horrible job of cleaning leaving the floors dirty never cleaning the upstairs bathroom or moving any rugs to clean under them. The kitchen floor was left with dirt and dust under the cabinets and really did not dust very well either. The biggest thing that I am upset with is that after they left I noticed that my pistol was missing and it was in the house before they showed up. So if you want a company to poorly clean your house and want items missing from the house call this company because they are awful.

Arrived on time, tech were personable and professional.  They worked efficiently.  One machine had a problem and did not extract the water as well so the carpet took a little longer to dry.  I called to tell them and they quickly sent out a bunch of high powered dryers at no cost to me.  I still gave them a top rating since there is no way you could tell that one machine was underpreforming.
