"Hi [Member Name Removed] We are are very sorry to hear that you were not happy with our work. Please keep in mind we were subcontracted through the fire restoration company. We provided estimates to this company to finish the work, and were ready to do so, but they never called us back to finish. As a professional plumbing company we have a plumbing code that we must follow. By following this code we are not only following the law, but it protects you, as the homeowner, from any plumbing hazards that could happen. I understand that you may have wanted things done a certain way, but we need to follow the plumbing laws that the state of Wisconsin provides. As for the pricing, we try very hard to charge a fair price. We communicate before any work is done what we charge per hour and the estimated time that it could take. This way there are no surprises to you, as the homeowner. Again, we are very sorry you were not pleased with the service that you were provided. Sincerely, Precision Plumbing Services"

I called (after waiting for two days for a different plumber to call me back) Precision Plumbing in a bit of a panic because the toilet in the mobile home had cracked. There wasn't a separate shut-off valve for the water so there was no access to water for any purpose and company was coming in two days! I spoke with a very friendly and helpful woman, told her what was needed for a new toilet. She assured me they could get the toilet and have it installed in time. She called the next day to say that the toilet hadn't come in, but it would definitely be there the next day. The plumber arrived the next day, removed the old toilet, installed the new one and added a shut-off valve for the water to the toilet. He was polite, professional and efficient at getting the work done. Everything was in order for company to arrive that evening!
This was an urgent situation and Precision Plumbing took care of it in a professional and pleasing manner.

He was a total professional. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything he needed to do and why. He was punctual and very neat and clean in appearance. Nice uniform. His prices we found very competitive. A friend of mine recently had him install a new shower and sink for her and she too commented on how well he cleaned up after himself. He was very manerly. I would recommend Precision Plumbing Services to anyone, in fact I already have.
