 + -1 moreSwitched from annual to monthly payment option. Telephone personnel were helpful and efficient. We have used their service for several years, and they are reliable and user-friendly. We rarely have intuptions in service, and Tech Support is very good.

 + -1 moreWEVE USED THEM FOR YEARS, AND RECENTLY SWITCHED FROM MONTH-TO-MONTH TO ANNUAL COMMITMENT. THEY OFFER SERVER NUMBERS THROUGHOUT THE STATE SO THAT CALLS ARE LOCAL. WE RARELY HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH SERVERS BEING DOWN OR OVERLOADED. IF THERE IS A PROBLEM, ITS TAKEN CARE OF LITERALLY IN MOMENTS RATHER THAN HOURS OR DAYS. THEIR HELP DESK PERSONNEL ARE COURTEOUS AND SEEM TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE.
Description of Work: INTERNET DIAL-UP SERVICE. $126 FOR THE YEAR OR $12.30 PER MONTH.
